Pousada Portas da Amazônia is located in Rua 28 de Jullho (28 July Street), well known as Rua do Giz, in the historical centre of São Luiz. Given its central location, you can easily have access to several stores, markets and services. The pousada is quite close to the harbour of exit to Alcântara City.

Airport  - take a bus, cab or car rented. By bus:  take the yellow bus, the fee is around R$ 2,00 for one hour jouney. You will step out the bus  in front of The Bus Terminal called INTEGRAÇÃO (a huge multicolor box kindeded building) then you have to walk about  10 MIN untill reach Afonso Pena Street (we're afraid you'll have to ask for help). By cab:  20 MIN, the fee is around R$ 35,00.
