The fare costs R$ 2.00 approximately (one hour journey). You will fall of the bus in front of a bus terminal (Terminal de Integração da Praia Grande) then have to take another bus to Calhau Beach. We suggest you to ask for help if you feel lost. By taxi: 20 min, the fare is approximately R$ 40.00.
