The hotels of Grupo Solare are distinguished for keeping their business sustainability through social responsibility, by generating employment and income for the community. They are committed to catch, develop and hold back brilliant minds.

Also, everything is extended to the employees' personal lives. The life quality programme carried on inside the organisation is extended to their families as well. Some of the hotel's policies include health insurance, aid for meals, and discount cards such as the Solarecard. Fundamentally, the management's actions aim to develop the welfare and productivity of the staff.

The hotel actively works to generate prosperity in the local communities through social action benefiting philanthropic organisations that survive on small donations. Layettes are provided for the disadvantaged, and baskets with basic goods distributed to churches and day-care centres.

The hotel is also concerned about future professionals, and runs an internship programme for students graduating from hotel management schools. After the selection process, they gain experience in every hotel department and 80% of the trainees are later absorbed by the hotel.
