The Quality Grand São Luis Hotel has modern rooms, and a welcoming and comfortable environment designed for moments of leisure, business or peace. It is located in the historic district, with easy access to the centennial Teatro Arthur Azevedo (theatre), Convento das Mercês (convent) and many other attractions in a region of intense cultural activity. The building has recently undergone major renovation to upgrade its services.

There are two swimming pools - one is graded with three different depths and the other is a children's pool. There is also a playground and a gym to cater to day-to-day fitness activities.

The hotel has a peaceful structure with adequate space to relax in. On the other hand, it has four different options to adapt to all kinds of events: a lounge (Daniel de LaTouche + Francisco Frias de Mesquita) with a capacity of more than 350 people; an auditorium that is scalable and divided into two halls with a capacity for 200 people; and a meeting room for up to 200 people.

Cancellation Policy:

- No-shows will be charged the first day of reservations guaranteed in case of no-show.
- Cancellation and amendment of reservation can be made at least one day before check in without charge for no-show.
- Reservations not guaranteed will be cancelled at 6 pm on the check in day.
- In case of cancellation made on the day of check in and/or package reservations, please contact the hotel directly to check on the recovery of deposit.
